Regulament
A. INTRODUCERE
Iniţiat în 1999 ca manifestare bienală, proiectul TexpoArt a evoluat firesc pe parcursul a patru ediţii. În 2008, la prima sa ediţie internaţională, s-a propus alinierea pe simeză a creaţiilor pe care artiştii din domeniul textilelor le-au considerat mai reprezentative pentru stadiul actual, fără restricţii de tematică, materiale ori tehnici de transpunere. A rămas, aşadar, bucuria intactă de a expune împreună la Iaşi, vechi centru de cultură românească, artişti din cele mai importante oraşe ale ţării şi din alte 12 ţări: Franţa, Italia, Olanda, Elveţia, Danemarca, Cehia, Polonia, Ungaria, Turcia, China, Japonia, Peru.
Expoziţia impresionând prin vigoare, fantezie, diversitate, a cuprins lucrările a 66 de artişti – fiecare cu câte o piesă reprezentativă, panotate în galeriile de artă ,,Cupola” şi ,,Nicolae Tonitza”, patronate de U.A.P. – filiala Iaşi. Infinitele ipostaze ale textilelor artistice îşi au originea în spiritul ludic al omului ce găseşte în fibre acele energii primordiale, capabile să-i exprime gândurile şi sentimentele. Filtrate prin personalitatea creatorului, înnobilate de taina meşteşugului şi de splendoarea materialelor, lucrările de artă textilă prezentate la ediţia anterioară a trienalei Texpoart au demonstrat profesionalism şi maturitate artistică, dincolo de originalitatea reţetelor stilistice.
Având în vedere primul eveniment, remarcabil ca amploare, diversitate şi calitate, (devenit un punct de referinţă pentru evoluţia manifestărilor de gen organizate în România) lansăm invitatia de a participa la a II-a ediţie a Trienalei Internationale de Artă textilă TexpoArt.
Expoziţia este patronată de Uniunea Artiştilor Plastici România - filiala Iaşi, Universitatea de Arte „George Enescu” Iaşi – Centrul de Creaţie şi Cercetate CreArt.
Data limită pentru înscrieri este 10 Iunie 2011.

B. CONDIŢII DE PARTICIPARE
1. La TexpoArt pot participa toţi artişti profesonişti din România şi străinătate, inclusiv studenţii universităţilor de artă din ultimul an.
2. În cadrul expoziţiei pot fi înscrise lucrări de artă textilă executate în perioada 2009-2011 având orice subiect şi care corespund următoarelor criterii tehnice:
- Sunt acceptate lucrări de artă textilă inspirate din orice tematică.
- Sunt acceptate lucrări executate în toate tehnicile şi tipurile de materiale textile.
- Sunt acceptate şi obiecte parietale sau sculpturale, (cu excepţia instalaţiilor textile) numai dacă acestea se încadrează în condiţile de participare.
- Lucrările înscrise trebuie să demonstreze atât calităţi tehnice cât şi estetice.
- Este obligatoriu ca lucrările parietale să fie prevăzute cu sisteme de panotare.
- Lucrările înscrise vor fi complete şi gata de expunere, deasemenea trebuie să fie din materiale neperisabile, perfect finisate inclusiv pe verso.
3. Artiştii se pot înscrie la expoziţie cu o singură lucrare care să corespundă criteriilor menţionate anterior.
- Dimensiuni: lucrările trebuie să se încadreze în următoarele dimensiuni:
- minim 30 cm (pe orice latură)
- maxim 100 cm (pe orice latură)
- greutatea maximă admisă la colet este 3 kg.
- Înscrierea la expoziţie se va face până la data de 10 Iunie 2011 pe adresa persoanei de contact:

Înscrierea la expoziţie se va face pe baza următoarelor acte:
- formularul de înscriere completat cu toate datele necesare;
- formularul de înscriere cât şi celelalte documente pot fi completate în limba română, engleză sau franceză;
- un CD în carcasă care să cuprindă:
- 2 fotografii digitale color ale lucrării, una de ansamblu şi alta de detaliu. Dimensiunile fiecărei imagini digitale trebuie să fie de aproximativ A4 şi să aibă o rezoluţie de 300 DPI. Formatul fotografiilor trebuie să fie JPG, GIF sau BMP;
- un rezumat al CV-ului actualizat, de maxim o pagină în limba română, engleză sau franceză;
- pe CD trebuie menţionate: numele şi prenumele autorului; ţara şi localitatea domiciliului acestuia; titlul lucrării.
- Rugăm ca plicurile să fie securizate pentru a se evita deteriorarea conţinutului.
- În nici un caz nu trebuie trimise direct lucrările în locul fotografiilor sau al CD-ului.
- Lucrările nejurizate nu sunt admise în expoziţie.
- Prin formularul de înscriere autorii îşi dau acordul pentru utilizarea materialelor trimise în scopul promovării expoziţiei. Materialele trimise pentru înscriere nu vor fi returnate, ele intrând în arhiva organizatorilor expoziţiei.
- Jurizarea lucrărilor de către organizatori se va face pe baza pe materialului fotografic trimis de către artişti.
- Juriul îşi rezervă dreptul de a respinge lucrările care nu corespund cerinţelor expoziţiei.
- Rezultatul jurizării va fi comunicat autorilor prin e-mail până la data de 1 Iulie 2011.
- Lucrările acceptate trebuie trimise în intervalul 15 Septembrie - 10 Octombrie 2011 pe adresa de contact:

- Fiecare lucrare trebuie să fie însoţită de fişa de înscriere şi de dovada în original a achitării taxei de participare.
- Taxa de participare este în valoare de 100 Lei pentru participanţi din România sau de 35 Euro pentru participanţi internaţionali.
- Plata taxei de participare se va face prin:

- Taxa reprezintă cheltuieli legate de promovarea evenimentului şi de returnare a lucrărilor.
C. RESPONSABILITĂŢILE ORGANIZATORILOR
Comitetul de organizare îşi asumă:
1. organizarea expoziţiei cu lucrările selecţionate în urma jurizării;
2. informarea corectă asupra datelor de organizare a expoziţiei;
3. siguranţa lucrărilor din momentul primirii acestora şi până în momentul expedierii lor;
4. promovarea expoziţiei la nivel local, naţional şi internaţional;
5. vernisarea expoziţiei;
6. returnarea lucrărilor în calendarul propus.
Fiecare participant va primi la închiderea ediţiei un CD cu imagini din expoziţie ce va include şi un afiş al evenimentului.
D. RESPONSABILITĂŢILE PARTICIPANŢILOR
Participanţii îşi asumă următoarele:
1. respectarea tuturor condiţiilor de participare;
2. trimiterea tuturor materialelor solicitate de organizatori;
3. respectarea calendarului expoziţional;
4. ambalarea lucrărilor în mod corespunzător, pentru a se evita deteriorarea acestora în timpul transportului;
5. informarea organizatorilor asupra eventualelor modificări ale adresei de returnare a lucrării;
6. artiştii care îşi predau singuri lucrările la adresele indicate trebuie să se încadreze în perioada indicată în calendarul expoziţiei.
E. ALTE OBSERVAŢII
1. Lucrările expuse nu vor fi comercializate pe durata expoziţiei
2. Jurizarea lucrărilor nu presupune acordarea de premii ci doar acceptarea lor în expoziţie.
3. Organizatorii îşi rezervă dreptul de a refuza expunerea acelor lucrări care diferă de imaginea trimisă spre jurizare.
4. Ediţia a II-a a Trienalei Internaţionale de Artă textilă TexpoART se va desfăşura în galeriile de artă „Nicolae Tonitza” şi „Cupola”, în perioada 1-30 Noiembrie 2011 .

TEXTILE ART INTERNATIONAL EXIBITION
Regulation
A. INTRODUCTION
Initiated in 1999 as a biennial manifestation, Texpoart project evolved naturally throughout its four editions. In 2008, its first international edition, the intention was to align on cymas those creations that artists in the field of textiles considered the most representative for the current stage, without restrictions regarding the topic, materials or transposition techniques. Thus, remained the joy of exposing together in Iaşi – an old center of Romanian culture – the works of artists from the most important cities of the country and from other 12 countries: France, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Turkey, China, Japan, Peru.
The exhibition impressing by force, fantasy and diversity, included the artworks of 66 artists – each with one representative piece – exhibited in “Cupola” and “Nicolae Tonitza” art galleries, run by the Fine Artists Union of Iaşi. The infinite hypostases of artistic textiles originate from the playful spirit of the man who finds in fibres those primordial energies, capable of expressing thoughts and feelings. Filtered through the creator’s personality, ennobled by the craft mystery and the splendour of materials, the textile art works presented in the previously edition of Texpoart triennial proved artistic professionalism and maturity, beyond the originality of stylistic recipes.
Following the success of our previous event, remarkably ample, varied and high quality, that became a reference point for the evolution of this type of manifestations organized in Romania, we invite you to participate to the 2nd edition, of the Textile Art International Triennial TexpoArt.
The exhibition is run by Romanian Fine Artists Union, the University of Arts “George Enescu” Iaşi –Research and Creation Centre CreArt.
The deadline for the registration is 10 June 2011.

B. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
1. At the international textile art exhibition TexpoART, may participate all professional textile artists from Romania and other countries, including senior students from the art universities.
2. The artists may subscribe textile artworks, with any topic, realised since 2009, with the following technical criteria:
- The works inspired by any theme are accepted.
- All techniques and textile materials can be used.
- All kind of textile objects parietal or sculptural are accepted (except textile installations), as long they respect the terms of participation.
- The work must demonstrate high aesthetic and technical qualities.
- The work selected must be complete and ready to be hung.
- The work shall be made in imperishable materials.
- The works must be perfectly finished inclusive on their reverse side.
3. The artists may register at this exhibition with only one artwork that meets the criteria listed above.
4. Dimensions: the works must measure:
- minimum 30 cm (on any side)
- maximum 100 cm (on any side)
- the maximum weight admitted to the package is 3 kg
5. The registration deadline is 10 June 2011. The registration forms will be sent to the following address:

Documents requested for registration:
- the registration form, duly completed and signed (the registration form must be completed in French or English);
- 1 CD-ROM with:
- 2 digital color photographs (one with the entire work and one with a representative detail for the technique and material used). The photographs must be in format TIFF, BMP or JPEG, with a resolution of 300 DPI and minimum width of 20 cm;
- a short updated resume (in French or English), maximum one page;
On the CD must be written the following information: country and name of the artist, the title of the work.
6. Please make sure to use a special envelop for preventing the deterioration of its content.
7. Under no circumstances should be sent the work instead of the CD-ROM materiale required.
8. The works that are not judged will not be exposed.
9. Trough the registration form, the artist authorizes the organizers of the exhibition to use all documents sent, for purposes of promoting the event. The materials sent for the registration shall not be returned to the author, they shall remain in the triennial’s archive.
10. The work will be judged based on photographical material sent by participant.
11. The jury reserves the right to reject any works that do not correspond to the exhibition’s criteria.
12. The results of the judgment will be announced by e-mail until 1st July 2011.
13. The accepted works must be sent to following address between 15 September and 10 October 2011:

14. Each work will be accompanied by the registration form and a receipt proving the payment of participation charge.
15. The participation charge is 35 Euro.

17. The participation charge represents the expenses for the promotion of the event and the return of the works.
C. ORGANIZERS RESPONSABILITIES
The organizing committee undertakes to:
1. organize the exhibition with works selected by the competition’s panel of judges;
2. inform correctly the participants regarding the exhibition terms;
3. ensure safety of the works from the time of receiving them until their return to the author;
4. promote the exhibition: local, national and international;
5. organize the exhibition opening;
6. return the works respecting the exhibition calendar
At the end of this edition of TexpoArt each participant will receive a presentation CD containing images from the exhibition and a poster of the event.
D. PARTICIPANTS RESPONSABILITIES
The artists selected undertakes to:
1. respect all the exhibition’s terms;
2. send all the required materials;
3. respect to exhibition’s calendar;
4. pack the work professionally, in sturdy and reusable packaging for reshipment in the best possible conditions, without any risk;
5. inform the triennial organizers of any change of addressee that may arise during the period the work has been provided
E. OTHER OBSERVATIONS
1. The exposed works will not be commercialized during the exhibition.
2. Judging the work does not involve any awards but their acceptance into the exhibition.
3. The organizers reserve the right to refuse to exhibit the works that differs from those images submitted for registration.
4. The 2nd Edition of TexpoArt will take place at the “Nicolae Tonitza” and “Cupola” galleries. The exhibition period is 1–30 November 2011.

TexpoArt 2011 – Exposition internationale d’Art Textile en Roumanie
Généré par le souhait de faire renaître l’intérêt du travail artistique du textile, le projet «Texpoart » a souhaité offrir, au travers de ses expositions triennales, une vision globale des tendances actuelles de l’art textile.« TexpoArt » constitue le moyen de consolider le prestige des artistes reconnus mais également une opportunité, pour les nouveaux artistes de se faire connaître. Ce projet est une manifestation artistique sans aucune étiquette, ouverte à toutes les perceptions et toutes les sortes de techniques textiles. Texpoart accueille tous les nouveaux talents qui ont une démarche artistique originale. Pour 2011 appel à candidatures
1. Lors de l’exposition internationale d’art textile TexpoART, peuvent participer tous les artistes professionnels du textile en provenance de Roumanie et d’autres pays, y compris les étudiants de haut niveau des universités d’art.
2. Les artistes peuvent souscrire des œuvres d’art textile, avec n’importe quel sujet, réalisés depuis 2009, avec les critères techniques suivants:- Les œuvres inspirées par un thème sont acceptés.
- Toutes les techniques et matières textiles peuvent être utilisés.
- Toutes sortes d’objets textiles pariétale ou de sculpture sont acceptés (sauf installations textiles), aussi longtemps qu’ils respectent les conditions de participation.
- Le travail doit démontrer de grandes qualités esthétiques et techniques.
- Les travaux sélectionnés doivent être complètes et prêtes à être accrochées.
- Les travaux doivent être réalisés dans des matériaux impérissables.
- Les œuvres doivent être parfaitement fini inclus sur leur verso.
